What if there is a problem with the delivery of my order?

  • We require signatures for all items that are heavy, large, fragile or over $125 in value.  
  • We are not responsible for any issues you may have meeting up with Fedex or USPS.  They attempt delivery 3 times and hold the package at their location for around 5 business days so please be sure to arrange to be home to accept delivery.  We are not responsible if you are not/cannot be there to accept delivery.
  • All Haz/Mat items MUST be signed for.  This is not our policy but the policy of Fedex Ground.  Fedex Ground is our only source of shipping HazMat products.
  • All items are well packed and we are not responsible for any items damaged in transit by the carrier.  But if something should occur we will do our best to expedite any claim with the carrier.
