While we make sure to carefully pack and check your order, products can be damaged during shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us. We will replace the damaged or defective item once it is returned to us.
Upon receipt of your package, if you notice damage to the box, please note it with the carrier or you can refuse the item if it appears to be damaged before you open it.
No refund on refrigerant. No Exception!

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. No Exceptions!
Any REFUSED shipments will be charged for shipping, restocking fee, and processing fee - unless prior approval has been granted by Enviro-Safe Office Manager.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for refunding shipping and handling charges associated with an order, unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. All shipping of a returned product is done at the buyer's cost.
